Our staff here at Homewood are required to be pediatric CPR certified for the safety of your children. All teachers and staff members have been cleared by an FBI background check and SLED fingerprinting scan. All teachers are required to have at least their early childhood credentials within first year of employment. They are also required to attend at least 15 credit hours of DSS training. Homewood's employees are trained and familiar with the plan of off-site evacuation for the following; fire, tornado, hurricane, bomb threats, and power generated emergencies. Our employees also trained for injuries or sickness that may occur with children. The health and safety of our children are our employees' number one priority here at Homewood. Random drug test are required to occur in our facility to ensure safety for the children.
